I am a little Indian from Caddo tribe
I feel waves splashing on my hand
Drops I feel,
High School Division
O, children please be a dear
And don’t regard with any fear
The teeth I have may be quite sharp
For the rougarou feeds at night
He came from where his wings would grow,
From the soft, thin spot on his back,
Between the shoulders, behind the heart,
Louisiana begins with history To others our culture is a mystery Our swamps lay low While men are playing the banjo
I am a little girl in a Caddo Indian tribe
I wonder where all these strangers are heading to
