Participation in HARK cultural programs is entirely voluntary.  HARK may use my name, image, and submission without further approval on my part.  Submissions may be published by HARK online, in the HARK Journal, and in promotional material.

Participants submitting material hereby release and agree to hold harmless HARK, its designees, and other associated organizations (hereinafter, “HARK”) from any and all claims, including but not limited to invasion of privacy or right of publicity, arising from participation in HARK.
